Third one from the end is the only one I am going to call done. The hues and values are what I wanted with some different texture. The texture used here is crackle paint by golden. Might call the second one down pretty close to complete now that I look at it.
What about the first one?? wow Char! I saw this in my blog feed and thought it was another "Pro" who's blog I follow. I clicked the link wondering what moved her to get into more earthy tones...and there you are!!! kook-oo, man! These are beautiful...some just the beginnings. I agree with your evals too...wonderful how far you've come with your process Char!
Char .. these are fantastic!!!!! I agree with Clarrisa.. the first one looks finished to me.. I am so impressed with what you are doing and where you are going with these. Presently I am wordless and unable to make specific comments on each piece, but want you to know how excited I am for you. Look forward to being in class with you on Whidby this summer. Take care.bj
